Dr. Okachi Nyeche Kpalikwu is the financial secretary to the organization.
Dr. Kpalukwu is a native of Rumuji, a town in Rivers State, Nigeria. He is the President and CEO of Eluke Expressions, Inc. - a Writing, Editing, and Printing Services company.
Dr. Kpalukwu is also an Adjunct Professor of English and Writing at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) and Prince Georges Community College, respectively
He earned his Ph.D. in Research in African Studies - (with emphasis on Development and Public Policy, African in World Affairs, and African Literature, Language, and Arts) - at Howard University, Washington, DC.
M.A. in Professional Writing at Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa
B.A. in English at California State University, Northridge, CA
